Eckhart Braun is a partner at petersenpartners (formerly PETERSEN HARDRAHT PRUGGMAYER), studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and has been practicing law for more than 30 years. As a specialist attorney for labor law and specialist attorney for commercial and corporate law he regularly advises executive boards, managing directors as well as companies and their owners on complex restructurings as well as M&A transactions. Until 2022 Eckhart Braun was for about 15 years deputy chairman of the expert committee for commercial and corporate law of the Saxony Bar Association (RAK Sachsen). For more than 15 years he is involved in the training of prospective specialist lawyers in commercial and corporate law. Eckhart Braun is also co-editor/author of recognised specialist books.
