The drafting of documents for the granting of securities by public authorities in accordance with law of public grants and subsidies, in particular municipal guarantees

The realisation of procurement procedures appropriate for publication with a view to avoiding reimbursement proceedings in conjunction with the use of public funds

The defence of demands for reimbursement issued by granting authorities to the recipients of public funding

The drafting of funding and granting guidelines as well as funding agreements for granting authorities, including the provision of support regarding notifications to the European Commission required in this context

Complaints to the European Commission in cases of impermissible state subsidies
