Prof. Dr. Götz Brückner is a partner at petersenpartners (formerly PETERSEN HARDRAHT PRUGGMAYER). He studied law at the University of Leipzig and was admitted to the bar in 2011. He began his professional career first as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, in particular Environmental and Planning Law, at the University of Leipzig and from June 2011 as a attorney at the law firm Rechtsanwälte Dr. Dammert & Steinforth Partnerschaft mbB, focusing on public law, in particular mining and environmental law, construction and planning law, and public procurement law. He has been a specialist attorney for administrative law since 2015. Prof. Dr. Götz Brückner regularly advises large and medium-sized companies as well as public corporations in the context of complex planning and approval procedures. He is also an honorary professor at the Saxony Vocational Academy - State Academy of Leipzig in the field of real estate management.
