Michael Kubach studied mathematics and business administration at the Univertiy of Leipzig. He began his professional career in risk management at Sächsische Landesbank. He also worked at Bauerfeind AG as Head of Risk Management/Project Management, at Clevergy GmbH & Co. KG, as Chief Operations Office and at bbvl mbH as Senior Consultant. During his time at bbvl mbH, he focused on strategic consulting for the public sector, strategic consulting and organisational consulting in the areas of budget planning and property management, urban development and the housing industry. When he took over his position as managing director of beratungsraum GmbH, he also focussed on inter-municipal cooperation, consulting for social institutions, business development and strategy development for rural areas.
