As a lawyer at petersenpartners (formerly PETERSEN HARDRAHT PRUGGMAYER), I support and advise companies of all sizes as well as public institutions on a national and international level in the areas of IT law, data protection, intellectual property and labor law. In this context, the main focus of my work is on the practice-oriented implementation of data protection regulations in a digital environment, the drafting of IT contracts and advice on questions of individual and collective employment law. In particular, I develop innovative and hands-on solutions for my clients' complex legal issues in areas of law such as IT law, IT security, data protection and employment law. In addition, I work as a speaker for various training providers in the areas of IT, data protection and employment law as well as on the Whistleblower Protection Act and the AI Regulation.
