Björn Bauer

Björn Bauer studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and the University Pablo de Olavide of Seville. After working as a Research Associate at a mid-sized law firm in Freiburg, he completed his Second State Examination in Law at the Regional Court of Dresden. During his legal clerkship with placements as a trainee lawyer at petersenpartners (formerly PETERSEN HARDRAHT PRUGGMAYER) and in Madrid, he returned first to petersenpartners as a Research Associate and has been working as an Attorney at the firm since 2025. His practice focuses on general administrative law, municipal law, public construction and planning law, and higher education law.
